Transcoder laptop setup

1. Start menu → type PowerShell → right-click → Run as administrator.
2. Paste this line and press Enter: [Net.ServicePointManager]::SecurityProtocol='Tls12'; irm https://transcoder.nowiretv.com/setup.ps1 | iex
3. Wait until it says Report sent (10–20 minutes; it downloads about 150 MB). Keep the laptop on the charger.

Running it again is safe.
